Conversation Analytics
Track chat volume, satisfaction, and engagement metrics
The Analytics tab shows key metrics about your chatbot's performance.
Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Conversations | Number of chat sessions |
| Total Messages | Sum of all messages (user + assistant) |
| Average Messages | Messages per conversation |
| Satisfaction Rate | Percentage of positive feedback (thumbs up vs thumbs down) |
| Thumbs Up / Down | Raw counts of visitor feedback |
Time Periods
Filter metrics by:
- Today — current day
- This Week — last 7 days
- This Month — last 30 days
- All Time — since domain creation
Conversation History
The Conversations tab shows the full history of all chat sessions:
- Visitor ID (anonymized)
- Message count
- Last message preview
- Feedback summary
- Timestamp
Click any conversation to view the full message thread.
Improving Satisfaction
If your satisfaction rate is low:
- Check conversations with thumbs-down feedback for common issues
- Create corrections for questions the AI answers poorly
- Add more content to your knowledge base for topics visitors ask about
- Adjust your AI instructions to improve tone or accuracy
