Dashboard Overview
Navigate the UserBoost dashboard — domains, conversations, analytics, and settings
The UserBoost dashboard is your control center for managing AI chatbots across your websites.
Domains
Each website you add to UserBoost is a domain. A domain has its own:
- Widget configuration and appearance
- Knowledge base (crawled pages, uploaded files, text snippets)
- Conversations and analytics
- Corrections, leads, ratings, and insights
To add a domain, click Add Domain from the Domains page and enter your website's hostname.
Domain Tabs
Each domain has several tabs:
| Tab | Purpose |

| Overview | Domain status, verification, embed code |
| Config | Widget appearance, AI instructions, contact form, live chat settings |
| Conversations | View chat history, reply to live conversations |
| Corrections | Override AI answers for specific questions |
| Leads | Contact form submissions from visitors |
| Ratings | Popup message feedback and star ratings |
| Insights | AI-powered conversation analysis |
| Analytics | Conversation counts, satisfaction metrics |
| Pages | Manage crawled and uploaded content |
| Privacy | GDPR visitor data deletion |
Settings
From the main sidebar:
- Billing — manage your subscription and payment method
- Settings — account settings and profile
Knowledge Base
The AI learns from your website content. You can add knowledge through:
- Automatic crawling — UserBoost discovers and indexes pages from your sitemap
- File uploads — upload PDF or DOCX documents
- Text snippets — add manual content directly
- Manual URLs — add specific page URLs to index
The AI uses this content to answer visitor questions accurately.
